The 5 star Singapore Airlines days are over. Last trip was a nightmare - fly cheaper carriers and save $500. Reservation/ call center staff have no product knowledge and must work off clue cards and will not divert from script. Never book a singapore airlines stopover package as they no show transfers & then you have to fight for a refund for weeks. Seriously SQ have lost it
