My application was filled out and submitted with the WRONG information. Application was rejected. His reply to me was... " All we can do now is just appeal, if they reject your appeal, you have to leave the country."
After the appeal was lodged, been trying to reach this guy, always with a "I do not know" reply. This has been carrying on for months. There was no follow up. I had to do the leg work.
His reply to me after was.." It maybe my fault, but if your appeal fails, you can sue me, but I'm not afraid, cause I have insurance." Guess that is why...everything else came to a stand still in my application.
This is very unprofessional. There is no sense of responsibility.
