Sirius Removals

Extra charges, smashed tv. When the removalists arrived I was charged an additional $550.00 as the removalists stated I had additional inventory. You have no choice they put you on the spot. I was asked to pay cash and I said ok, but I will need a receipt and was told no they don't have a receipt book. If I don't pay cash I will be charged G.S.T. Ive also asked twice now for a receipt for the final balance and that too has not been supplied. At time of writing two weeks on emails are still going backwards and forwards even after I offered to meet them 1/2 way and say you pay for 1/2 the replacement of the tv ($650.00). Latest email then said what about depreciation... really! (65 inch Samsung). I still have to replace the tv. Whilst I didn't sign anything/nothing discussed about insurance, but when I looked back on emails I have now noticed they have suggested to take out insurance, but removalists have $2,000 of insurance per load (or they should) in the invent of smashed/damaged goods by there own staff. Regardless if I took out insurance I would not of utilised my insurance when the fault is at the staff of Sirius removals. At time of writing the issue of the smashed tv is still not resolved.

Avoid like the plague, these guys will hold your stuff hostage after claiming they packed and moved more than you agreed on. absolute scammers!
