$4.70 for a take away English Breakfast tea, you have to be kidding. It's a teabag, a dash of milk and hot water!!!! Talk about a mark up. $6 for a takeaway caramel milkshake that when given to us was small and the caramel was not even stirred into the milk! I would not go their again. Way over priced and under value.

Service is great, food is yummy, staff are polite. Sit N Chat is always busy. You can even earn Myer One points (minimum $20 spend) . I not a big fan on the low seats.

nice. pleased we stumbled on this place. the food was good and the service was nice. was just a really nice stop while shopping.

I was pleasantly surprised when I had a lunch at Sit and Chats yesterday. The meal was fresh and a great size. The coffee was nice and hot. It was very busy so there was a little wait, but well worth it.
