Fantastic care and great results, Ron and Andrea are a fabulous team

Previously to visiting Skin Doctor SA, I have been to Epic clinic on Wakefield Street in city and Dr Molton has always been professional and excellent services in his works and I have never had a problem with him with any botox or fillers.
This year I thought I would visit somewhere new to get my dermal filler on my nasolabial folds treatment that was near my Mothers house. I visited Skin Doctor SA. Dr Ron and Dr Andrea.
Dr Andrea who has a sign on the front entrance as you walk in, has her name on wall as a doctor. I thought I could trust her in her works and that she was experienced in dermal filler treatments. I trusted her with my face. Andrea said more dermal filler was needed on my right side of face and that I had deep lines and that she would give me a "natural look".
On the day after dermal filler treatment my"right side" of nose started going red and I thought this was strange. I didn't know what to do as their clinic was closed as it was the weekend and had my treatment done on a Friday.
Andrea didn't give me her phone number to call in case of an emergency or any after care treatment creams or contact numbers on the day of treatment? no signing of procedure or explaining anything before procedure to me? .
I emailed Skin Doctor SA and left a photo of my red nose and told them I was concerned. I got a phone call from Skin doctor SA from Dr Ron who advised me to immediately go back to their practice. Lucky I wasn't at work this day so I drove back to Skin Doctor SA.
Dr Ron and Andrea told me the dermal filler was injected into my blood vessels (arteries).
Andrea has been giving me free treatments with Dr Ron looking in the background from time to time. Free treatments ? for the damage they cause me ?
I have been left with a dent and the right hand side of my nose damaged red skin. I have been left with permanent damage .
I now have to live with this and have ongoing regular treatments. I have booked in to see a dermatologist and will be going to hospital to get my skin checked to make sure it is not dead and I do not get any necrosis.
My advice to anyone wanting dermal fillers or botox , look after yourself and go to a properly trained doctor who is experienced in this type of work. Dr Andrea is some sort of nurse? or psychiatrist . Her husband tells me I have rosacea on my nose which is the actual damage they caused me on my nose when I have never had rosacea on my nose. My family could tell them this and told them I could show lots of previous photos of the once clear skin I had that Skin Doctor SA damaged.
I also had to take time of work and lost 3 weeks of pay because of Andrea and Skin Doctor SA. They have not offered any money for damage to my skin and loss of work. Unprofessional .
The damage to my skin has left me feeling ugly, angry, and every time I look into the mirror now I get frustrated and DISTRAUGHT. I don't feel as pretty as I used too and have lost my confidence in myself, as before I had clear skin and no scarring on my face or dents on my nose..
Take care of you and do your research .
I wish I never went to this practice in the first place and would not recommend it to anyone. I intend to get justice for the damage to my face, however no amount of money is worth it. Your face is precious .
