I have not had any problems with service here, if I go in they are friendly and quick to serve you. If I order online the product arrives quickly and is well priced.

I used to buy all the products for my face, hair, make up from SkinStore. That was 4 years ago. I bet you not one of the 'happy' customers had to return a product. It happened to me twice now. 1) 4 years ago, I returned 'TanTowel' product x 3 and got credited only for one. They all came in the same box, so if one got delivered then the others got delivered too. It took me three months, three months of calling emailing, I even spoke to people who promised me to call back. Never did. So, I had to call over and over. Never got anywhere. Gave up. Thought it was not worth my stress and time after 3 months. The towels were on special, so the returned product cost me $45. Years later, I was hoping things have changed, and a month ago i gave this store another chance. 2) Full me once shame on you, but this is a second time. OK. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE EVER AGAIN. Though, I will do everything possible to give this store a bad name. I have been trying now for a week to contact SOMEBODY. Called 4 times, left 3 messages and sent 2 emails. I haven't even got my RMA# to initiate the return because NO ONE has called me back. No one.

They are OK until you need to talk to someone. Rude & abrupt , more keen to get off phone than to understand my query. Never going back & will advise others also.

I used to be a loyal customer of this company, however recently I have experienced the worst customer service that I can remember. After ordering products through their website, they charged my credit card for the full amount. Then a couple of weeks later, I received an automated email from the company saying that the products weren't in stock, but they would be sent out in 2 or 3 days. Then two more weeks went by without any further contact. I emailed the company several times but didn't receive any response whatsoever. I ended up ordering the products through another company and they turned up within a week. I asked for the original order with this company to be cancelled, but the company ignored my request. My money hasn't been received and my products haven't arrived. In the past, the company has sometimes supplied products which were close to their use by date, but I have been able to forgive this due to the quick delivery times and decent prices. But I can't tell you how disappointing my experience has been this time. By completely ignoring my requests for contact, this company has lost a very loyal customer.
