Skiptons Cafe

Lovely little cafe, you can choose to either sit in or out. It is very well hidden though so it can make it hard to find, but once you have been there once it's easy, food is good quality, and the atmosphere is good.

I have been into this lovely cafe a couple of times, I really go into Penrith for a coffee. But i heard of this place and i try it out. I was not disappointed , the service is excellent they are very thankful for you being there. The food was surprisingly very good, the ingredients were fresh and top quality. The place is in the perfect location.

Tucked away in a lovely little open air arcade, that runs from the Trade Secret car park through to high street. This cafe is inviting, with lovely decor inside and out!....the staff are very friendly, and attentive, I think that the owners are the driving force with him on the coffee machine (great Morgans coffee by the way), and her running the kitchen and food. The menu is unlike anything else in Penrith, and the few times I have been there the daily specials are amazing and diverse. All food cooked fresh, and with great skill. all though I haven't yet been there enough to fall into this catagory (however I was remembered after the first visit) they seem to know most of their customers by name, and you feel like you are stepping into a welcoming home, away from the hussle and bussle of the Plaza, and with adults serving you rather than kids........
