Customer service is worse than Telstra. Tried calling, tried callback service, tried email. No response. Poor speed and latency, Service keeps dropping out.

Been with this provider for a couple of years now. Services used are satellite broadband and voip. Comprehensive information provided prior to sign up. No high pressure sales tactics used - very friendly and helpful at all times. Any queries promptly dealt with. Not kept waiting on phone, not referred to others when questions asked that the person does not readily know the answer. Able to make changes to services easily and promptly. Advice about suitable plans based upon what suits the customer, not what benefits the business. Fabulous customer service, other companies could learn a lot from this provider.
