We come here when ever we need shoelaces for hubbies workboots, watch batteries, engraving, keycutting etc. Have been for years. Always been good with service and value. I had hubbies wedding ring engraved here on our 15th anniversary and it looked great. When we had mine done however, it was not so good. Fist they engraved on the inside and was supposed to be on the outside, then when they engraved on the outside, they spelled it wrong. Then to fix it they were going to rub it back (which would have made my ring really thin). In the end, (my husband was quite angry by this time) they sent it to a jeweller to have the engraving covered. Needless to say, I will not be going back for engraving. But they are still good for everything else they offer.
