Having purchased a rather expensive bed ensemble, I found to my horror that 3 1/2 years later, it was sagging badly. Given the bed came with a 10 year guarantee, I decided to lodge a claim. I then spent the next 10 months fighting with this company to get the bed either replaced or repaired under warranty at no cost to me and it was only after threatening to contact Consumer Affairs was I able to get a resolution (they repaired it free of charge).
