I ordered a quilt cover set from SleepyBum.com on September 29, 2014. 2 weeks later, the item that arrived was completely different from the one I had ordered. I emailed the site and they explained that they would only tell me how to return it so I could get my money back if I provided photographic evidence that the item wasn't what I had ordered. I did so immediately.

I then spent the next month emailing them with no response. I sent a message to them through their Facebook page and they didn't respond. Through some online research, I found a phone number and tried to call them numerous times. One day, a lady answered and told me she would seek to resolve the situation. Nothing happened.

2 weeks later, I got through to a gentleman on that same phone number who told me how to return the item.

I was finally refunded on December 8, 2014.

I had to spend hours chasing up this site and it took me almost 2 months to get my money back. It was very stressful and frustrating. They apologised, but I would never deal with them again.

I also noted that on their Facebook page, they only respond to positive queries and ignore the rest. When I went to check their Facebook page the other day, I saw that they had deleted all of the negative comments/queries by other customers and left only positive ones. I see this as an attempt to mislead potential customers.
