Had the WORSE EXPERIENCE of my life!!
They DESTROYED my hair!

I just move to LC and was looking for a nice place to have a haircut... put on google and showed up their name... o booked with a senior and my first time in...
when I booked I made a $50 deposit and was excited to have a hair change
My hair is straight and was around my waist when I got there.... it’s a pretty easy hair to cut, never had problem in my life
When I spoke with R ( the supposed hairdresser) I explained more than once how do I wanted my hair and showed not just one but 3 pictures of what I was expecting...
Ow Gosh my hair was destroyed in a way that will take YEARS to get back....
I don’t know what she was thinking but she cuted my hair in a horrible way that had over 4 layers and all disproportionate
When I complained she kept cutting it... then another hairdresser came to help try to soften and fix what was already a disaster... she just kept cutting trying to fix it and then her client arrived and she left me there saying “this is the best we can do”
I cried in the middle of the salon
Im so angry
My hair which was long, is above my bra line... even worse is the froooont of my hair
I literally have no words to explain it
Definitely will never come back to this place... was the most horrible and expensive hair cut I have ever had...
They didn’t charge me for the destruction they have done but acted like they were doing me a favor for not charging me after literally destroyed my hair!
But kept the $50 deposit
I would pay more than double to have my hair back and/or to never have booked an appointment there

Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED
