Smallpaw Massage and Fitness

I have received several deep tissue massages to help with a long standing nerve entrapment. I found them to be very relaxing and helped greatly with the muscle tension that i feel on a daily basis. This has also helped me sleep better at night. Ken is very professional and has a good understanding of the human body, explaining his treatment and what to expect. He also gave me some very good stretches to try both morning and night. thanks
