I had just moved and needed a new Hot Water System. Billy was on time for the initial call out. He was informative and explained everything in detail. 3 days later and a Public Holiday in between Billy has completed the job. Extremely professional and seems to actually care about the work he does. Highly recommended!!!!!
They arrive on time and will call if delayed. Billy is friendly and knowledgeable and does a quality job. They give accurate quotes. Have used Smart State for a few years now to replace taps, unblock & repair drains etc. and have been happy with the service.
