Smart Cuts is a great find tucked away in a shopping centre. I found it by word of mouth, and I'm really pleased I did because haircuts are really inexpensive (around $22) and I'm happy with the results. I used to pay $38 for my haircut at another local hair salon and $18 for my daughter's and now I pay $34 for both! Great saving! They're closed Mondays.
