Vicky truly cares about each and every one of her patients, she consistently goes above and beyond and ensures you are comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. I’m sure a lot of people choose a particular service for its convenience. Let me start this review by stating that my wife and I travel 2 hour by plane to have our dental work with Dr Vicky Ho at the at the Smile Design Studio. Conviniente? No way. Is it Worth it? ABSOLUTELY! I’ve recently had dental implants,done,by Dr Vicky Ho,after, having 4 x teeth removed unnecessary overseas. I couldn’t be happier with the results.Let me say this: if you need dental implants at the Smile Design Studio don’t think they will take your money and do it just like that. They will only go ahead if is SAFE! Safe for you. On my first visit I was informed about how crucial it was that I would only be accepted as a patient If I was found to have sufficient bone density.I was lucky not to need a bone graft. So to summarise I will say that from the very first step you literally take as you walk into he Smile Design Studio you’ll be amazed by the friendliest reception you’ll get at the front desk and I really mean that! Not just friendly but very professional too! My wife and I don’t have enough words to describe the level of care we received from Dr Vicky Ho and her team over the past few years!

Dr Vicky is absolutely incredible. I have never experienced such wonderful care & service. Dr Vicky went above and beyond to ensure the best possible outcome and for that I am forever grateful. The whole experience over the last few months have been so enjoyable and pain free, and I’m actually sad my treatment is over as I won’t see the beautiful team as frequently. I required quite a bit of work, and Dr Vicky was able to save a tooth without needing an implant. I am now pain free, after a couple of years of pain and discomfort. The whole team are so warm, friendly and compassionate, and going the the studio was such an amazing experience. I cannot recommend Dr Vicky enough, with her skills and high standard of care, you are truely in the best hands. Thank you so so much ️
