Think twice before you visit! unbelievable customer service!!!

The worst customer service I've ever experienced, shop owner sold an 100% paid order to another customer prior to pick up, and was told to wait further due to lack of stock. Mixed up orders several times in a roll, had to run back and forth with hired truck to get them exchanged.

Ordered a double mattress, then got a queen; was willing to pay extra for the mixed up and then had to order a queen frame to match with the new mattress, then end up receiving a double sized frame. utterly disappointed and completely waste of time!

Phone manner needs to improve big time, definitely there's no customer service, extremely rude to have been deliberately hang up mid way through a conversation, and putting blames, worst of all was reluctant to refund the difference.

There are a lot similar value for money furniture stores like this, It's not worth wasting your time dealing with a business that can not be trusted, let alone if they will still be in business in the next 2-3 years!!

A very affordable furniture shop. You can find Queen bed rack with mattress with just $350 which is brand new!! They also provides delivery service which cost just $30 if you live around inner city. The owner advised all of the furnitures are from their own factory in house built.
