Any vegetarian/vegan in Melbourne knows of and loves Smith and Daughters! Delicious food and always tastes fresh, and the service is great. Not the cheapest, but reasonable

Great for parties where someone/s are vegan or vegetarian. Really tasty and interesting vegetarian food. Expect really morerish food that you will fall in love with. The place is very vibrant with a slight bohemian feel to it.

I really really like South American and Spanish food, and I particularly liked Smith and Daughters. If you are vegetarian/vegan, this place is perfect because they make south american food vegetarian style. Think ceviche with oyster mushrooms replacing the seafood, plantain chips, vegetarian croquetas etc. I did not miss the meat at all, because everything was full of flavour and texture. The atmosphere is ambient with bouncy vibe, yet subdued due to the muted lighting. A great place to go for a nice yet relaxed night out, an occasion kept casual.
