My Smith & Smith kitchen was finished in early February. I got quotes from 2 other suppliers before going ahead with them. Their price was a little more than the local cabinet maker (whose design wasn't great and seemed not to understand what I want) and half the price of the fancy place I went to. Laly the designer from Smith & Smith really got what I wanted. She took my ideas and made practical suggestions. She understood I needed to make smart decisions to get the most for my money but I was never made to feel like my budget was cheap. The communication was great throughout the process. I decided to go with their recommended tradies. The prices appeared about what I expected. More importantly they all showed up when needed and everything was done right. There was a small problem with the electrics the day after the electricians had finished. They came and fixed it at no cost when possibly they could have said it was caused by our old wiring. The tiler did a great job and takes a lot of pride in his work. A renovation will always be stressful but Smith & Smith's processes take a lot of a hassle and coordination out of the owners hands, things just happen when they need to. The end result is we have a beautiful and functional kitchen. Everything works like I wanted and flows really well. The soft closing draws and doors are the best thing ever! I wouldn't change a thing in the kitchen and I can't recommend Smith & Smith enough.
