Smokemart local stores do not adhere to smokemart.com.au pricing!!!??? Is this acceptable if prices advertised online are higher in store? Nothing about that in their Terms & Conditions.
Check the website prices and compare to receipt, people. This is so bad they can get away with. Had call back from representative to tell me they do not price match!! I am not about price matching with woolworths or Coles!?!? Just price between Smokemart website and Smokemart stores!
I'm afraid they lost me as loyal customer as I can get same product cheaper at Woolworths and Coles, literally within 1 minute walking.
Good luck Smokemart, I will not stop at this review and will take further action.

Smokemart (Gift Box) Upper Colonnades store is without a doubt always my first choice - while the pricing of tobacco isn't in their control, the assortment of deals on the variety of other items offers me 3 lighters for 2$, their assortment of gifts, keepsakes & more are relatively well-priced. What truly makes this Smokemart stand out, however, is the exceptional customer service. As a regular customer for many years, I don't even have to say what packet, the staff know. There's a commraderie with the customers that goes that extra mile beyond a typical staff/customer relationship and it is this dedication & service I praise them for the most!

I love smokemart. But they let me down. It's says they are open until 5pm on sunday got there at 4.30 and both stores were closed. I was not happy i drive 20mins to get a 21st mug for a friend and couldnt. You guys lost a sale because i went to a shop that was open. when i got there i wasn't the only person that wanted to get in there. There was 2 other people wanted to go in..

the shop is clean and tidy, their shelves are always stoked well, the staff are always accommodating and well spoken, the prices are one of the best around, the shop is always clean.
