PAID for 1Hr Deluxe Pedicure Manager Promised Senor Fully staff booked, received less than half hour, no peel & not even close to advertised & promised. Grieving the loss of my mother & preparing for the funeral I did not realise until I arrived at the florist early then realised I did not get 90% of advertised procedure NO PEEL, SOAK and very poor nail job. When I phoned to complain the same staff member refused a refund & said "SOMETIME WE MAY FEEL YOU DO NOT NEED A PEEL" I repeated that you and I discussed this & I very clearly said this was important to me it relaxes me. She refused a refund... SHAME ON YOU.. does the owner know you take cash for services NOT done? My advise is RUN turn around your going the wrong way, try an honest experienced beautician.. READ reviews from the very bad experience I have learnt to search the net, talk to friends and locals.. This is not my first bad experience in this beautician, a year or so prior to this I walked in & asked for a brochure the management was rude, abrupt and cranky.. I was told by a local business that it was probably the previous manager and although I don't remember if it was the same manager, it seems to me 2 bad experiences in the same store more than a year apart, they have problems big problem...
