Worst experience ever! Back in August 2013 took our 2000 model AWD subaru liberty to get 2 tyres on the front. They put the a different size tyre on the front and was not the same as the rear. Unbeknowns to me AWD vehicles have to have the exact same tyres size on all 4 wheels. You think that the tyre pro's would know! Anyway paid, drove off and the car was shuddering bad. Took 2 minutes to drive back and explained what was going on. They then told me that the tyres were fine it must be the wheels and then changed my front wheels and put them on the rear. We then drove off again. It was still doing it but not as bad. Drove back yet again and they told me the tread pattern was wearing differently and would come good. Seemed plausable. 3 weeks later we blew the transmission. I had the car towed to SUBITEK Nerang. They told me straight away from the front door of their office, without even going to the car on the tow truck that it was from the tyres. Called the tyre company spoke with management then accepted liability and told me they would put it through their insurance. They also told me that "one of my guys let a car down off the hoist while another car was underneath it and squashed it, but thats why i pay big premiums". No mater what they said, we will fix your car". Its now December my car is still sitting in SUBARU FERRY ROAD, NOT FIXED. This entire time we have paid for everything, hire cars, tow trucks, written reports, THIS TYRE SHOP IS BAD, VERY BAD PLEASE DONT USE IT!!!
