The staff are very used to kids and can handle situations when kids don't cooperate. There are lots of toys and DVDs to entertain and help calm the kids down.

Snippetty is a hairdresser specializing in kids only. They are doing a fabulous job. Haircuts are great, Mum's get looked after, there is a play pen for other children, there is kids entertainment like Dora or High School Musical according to Mum's wishes. They also organise parties which I have not tried out yet however, with food, games, a little make up and hair dressing of course.
