Brilliant service that went above and beyond. Maria has an excellent eye for detail and design. The minute I walked through the door the service was friendly and experienced I knew I came to the right place to get my clothing fitted and altered.

When we began to plan our wedding, we knew it wasn't going to be traditional. It was an Elvis wedding in Las Vegas for starters!

So no traditional wedding dress for me, I went online and fell in love with a 1950s style halterneck swing dress in scarlet with black polka dots. Ordered it, got it loved it... BUT...
It wasn't quite right. It was quite plain, didn't have any crinoline or lining and while the cut was mostly flattering, as with many things bought online, I couldn't try before I bought so the fit could have been better.

Enter Snippity Snip and Christine andf Maria. From the first time I took the dress in, they knew how to take it and make it a masterpiece. Nothing was too much effort!

Could they re-do the halter straps to make it more flattering? Of course!
Build in a crinoline underskirt and lining! Absolutely!
And the suggestions they made - boning the bodice, nips and tucks... masterful!
Best of all - Could they get it ALL done in the 2.5 weeks before we flew out to Vegas? NO PROBLEM!

My dress was STUNNING. I've had so many comments and compliments, the dress they had to work with started out nice and ended up breathtaking.

I would recommend Snippity Snip to anyone needing tailor, alteration or dressmaking services of any type and I'm sure I'll be returning many times with different projects.

I needed invisible mending on a fine knit sweater and thought it no longer was available. Snippity Snip mended my sweater, and it is indeed (almost) invisible. Only I know where the hole was, nobody else could tell. Fantastic work.

The ladies at Snipity Snip are just fantastic, I couldn't recommend them highly enough. I took my wedding dress there and they did a wonderful job altering it at reasonable price. I was so happy with the service that my fiancee took his wedding suit there to be altered and my sister and another friend will be taking thier wedding dresses to them as well.

I had a very body-hugging dress that I needed to be re-fitted. The ladies did a fantastic job and it looks and feels great now! It took them 2 weeks to get it all done - one week to get it ready for a fitting and another week to finish the job properly.

It was quite expensive but you definitely get what you pay for.

I love Snippity Snips. Maria and Christina do a wonderful job, are well priced and I've never had a negative experience there.
Everyone should use them.
