Terrible service. Quick to take my $. Once I left with my outfit I realised it was dirty. I returned it two hours later saying I changed my mind but they refused to give my money back saying it was store Policy! I would love to get my $66 back.

Staff are very friendly and obviously enjoy their job. i was there when the store was very busy (a saturday) but still recieved excellent service. huge range of costumes and the staff do all the hard work for you putting together the outfits- you just have to try the costumes on.

Great choices for costume hire. Quite convenient for fancy dress parties. Able to mix and match various costumes. Quite pricey though even though costumes are only ordered for 1 night.
