I ordered a bucket of chips but waited for ages. At one point they got the hot chips out of the fryer to serve chips and gravy to other customers, which was fine, but they didn't put more in to cook for me. They served food to the wrong customers and didn't seem to really have it together. The staff were not very friendly. When I finally got my bucket of chips, it was only full to just below the rim of the bucket. Not great value. The chips themselves were quite nice though.
