Extremely bad and unprofessional service!!! DO NOT BUY from Snooze!
Very very disappointed with their service! Do not purchase from any Snooze especially Gepps Cross, SA! Extremely inexperienced, rude and unhelpful Manager Michalie. Also had an even worse experience from Head Office (VIC) Customer service and complaints department! Insinuating and treating us like Snooze are doing us a favour by covering us with any repairs even though we have a 5 year manufacturer Warranty?!? Will never be shopping from Snooze ever ever again!!! Do yourselves a favour and stay completely away from Snooze! I wish I had read the reviews before making my purchase!

We purchased our daughter her first bed, it was ready 6 weeks later and had to be collected from Salisbury and was un-packaged, damaged and poorly made with runs in the paint. We also ordered a quilt cover in May and it wasn't ready to collect until this month SEPTEMBER!
We were told we could return the bed but they wouldn't collect and we would need to wait another 6 to 8 weeks for the replacement.
Not happy, will never return and will discourage family friends and any other consumer to avoid this store also.

Approximate cost: $900.00

The quality of the furniture is fantastic. Promises were made in regards to delivery but were not met. No compensation was offered
