I used to like going to this salon it was a bit more pricey but the service was quality. I understand they recently changed hands and after my last visit I won't be going back. Having recently had a baby I hadn't had a hair cut in ages and booked an appointment two weeks in advance so my mum could come to Brisbane to look after Bub while I was getting my hair done. The hairdr ser started by washing my hair and suggested a treatment as it was very dry - all good. I was then left for 15 minutes with the treatment in while she went and cut someone else's hair. At this point she got the apprentice to wash out the treatment and I then sat for another 15 minutes while she finished off the other ladies hair. There were a number of other staff in the salon who didn't appear to be doing anything other than swanning around and gossiping. So almost an hour later she gave my hair a quick trim and then charged me $75 for it!!

The business has changed since I started going there in 2015. There is a new owner, not sure if that is the reason? Just the other week had a colour from my usual hairdresser, she was so dismissive toward me... more interested in the salons goings on....than who was in front of her for a colour. She referred to me when speaking to the junior..'take this to the basin'.... The 'this' was me. She started to put the toner on...phone rang, she ran off, time elapsed, I wondered where she was, by now ... it was 12.11pm, she finally returned to put remainder of the toner on at 12.25pm. As you know toner should go on straight away, no gaps no running off... The haircut; one side longer than the other, did not carry out what I asked, colour way off what we discussed. The issue is:- if you speak up and say something is not ok with your hair on a previous visit, your done for, that's when you shoot yourself in the foot. This is now the norm there, what a shame the salon has reduced itself to such rude, dismissive behaviour, with no attention to detail, and very poor etiquette.

I had the joy of having Crystal do my hair, and one word WOW! She is fantastic! Had a new foiling technique done with tissues and I love it
very professional and friendly! Will not be going anywhere else! Thank you Crystal for making me feel like a million bucks

Have had quite a few hair cuts and eye brow waxes done. The quality of the cuts and waxing is good, I was pleased with the results. Pricing was not that bad either

this salon i have been to on many occasions and love going there although they are abit over priced the staff are friendly and well experienced know what you are after listen to what you want to achieve and go the best way about it

Great service, the people there are really friendly.
I wanted to dye my hair a chocolate brown and it turned out the richest brown, Good quality and I'll be definitely be coming here again.
