Stayed here with my partner for my birthday we checked in really late with out a booking the staff were lovely and very helpful. our room was spacious and clean, room service was delivered quickly and the staff were very helpful when we were trying to locate local buissnesses.

I am not what you would call a regular, I book in for one or two nights a year when i travel to the Gold Coast over the last two years. The rooms are spacious with all the latest mod con's. Bathroom is luxurious with big spa baths to soak ans wallow in. Fantastic views out to sea and the mountains. (last trip we whale watched from the comfort of our room) Staff are always friendly and go the extra mile without waiting to be asked. restaurants & bars are first class and good value for money, and the best part is it isn't that expensive, great value for money.

I attended a conference here and found it a good experience. The conference rooms were clean, spacious and well equipped. The staff were friendly and professional

Great hotel with really comfortable beds. I was a bit disappointed as my view was obstructed by the new building being built however it was a pleasure to stay there. Handy to have lots of restaurants nearby and a shopping centre.

I booked a room very cheaply on wotif.com and was so happy that I did. The rooms are simply beautiful and the beds are like laying in clouds - seriously.

The buffet breakfast for $22/person was excellent. Pastries, waffles, fresh juice and coffee, fruit salads, poached eggs and 2 types of bacon were just some of the foods on offer.

Broadbeach is a great spot and the Sofitel made the weekend a bit better

Totally feral ! Paid heaps.... stayed 21st floor, great view IF u could see out of the doors.... last cleaned when??? oh then to the spa....OMG... filled and turned it on....was like fresh water on the surf.....scum, orange, body flakes and fat........ Not the special nite we had planned.... The bed smelt really bad, sweaty, like sheets etd were not changed from the last guest. The housekeeping just filthy in our room. Rinsed all cups and glasses, threw out ice cubes, had "things" in them. Would never stay there again. Just disgusting! Seen better in 3 star. This is meant to be luxurious........would rather stay home. Safer and cleaner
