We have just replaced all our house windows with Solace Creations UPVC double glazing. We would like to congratulate Karen and the team for their great personal service and the installation team for their professional and polite manner in the way they carried out the hassle free installation process. We are very pleased with the new look the windows display and the security they provide along with the big difference we have noticed in heating the house.

We had a tricky job and I was very pleased when Solace Creations agreed to take it on. Even more pleased with their solution. It was an enjoyable experience, and that can't always be said when making improvements to your home. We will certainly use them again.

More importantly they were completely receptive during the design phase to any of our requests. We are extremely satisfied with the end result. Karen's teams was fantastic and Richard's team did a great job on installation.

I was very pleased with the way Solace Creations managed my new windows installation. They always turned up when they said they would. There was a small problem with the window sizing which they promptly fixed for me immediately prior to Christmas. The product looks stunning and cancels out much of the noise from the busy street outside.

We had the old windows and doors throughout our house replaced and love the result - it's like a new house. We're ventilation freaks and the tilt/turn windows are fantastic - so easy to open and close and you can securely ventilate
while out - yay! The service from Solace was excellent, personal and helpful. The windows arrived bang on schedule. After sales service was prompt, efficient and friendly.

Just had bifold doors and new windows installed by Solace in my Turner apartment on second floor of building. What a great job, and a fantastic result. The difference is remarkable and the clarity of the glass quite amazing with no distortion. The job went as stated from start to finish, with Karen's team on site when indicated and nothing was too much trouble especially as the installation was done in temperatures varying between minus 1 degree and 3 degrees for most of the morning and not much better in the afternoon and all material had to be hand carted up 2 flights of stairs. I would thoroughly recommend Solace to anyone contemplating double glazing work. Well done!!

I recently replace two windows in my home and the front entry glass units. I love the look of the new windows and my previously chilly lounge room is now comfortable.

The windows are more successful than expected in appearance and function. We continue to sleep under the Summer doona with throw blanket and no heating required yet.
