Solar gain are by far the most incompetent and unprofessional company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They quoted me to install solar panels on my home and booked in an install date, when I queried them as to why no-one was sent to inspect the house prior to the job they reluctantly sent someone. He did not follow the timetable I was advised and turned up to the house when no-one was home. They then informed me that I would require a scissor lift to do the job at an extra cost of $800, to which I reluctantly agreed.
My home is a small two story town house in North Coogee, which I would have thought would be a simple run of the mill install.
I've now received an email (not even the common decency to call me and speak to me) informing me that the "job is too difficult and we wont be doing it".
Absolutely unbelievable.
I wouldn't recommend these cowboys to anyone.

My experience with solar gain is really nothing short of great. Reasonably fast service, very helpful with paper work and government criteria etc. They are priced very competitively. I have had the system for a while now and there has been no problems at all. They are covered by an extended warranty and have been promised to last at least 10 years before any problems could arise. I would recommend them to anyone who would like solar panels. My lowest power bill is $10. Honestly.
