SolarVac instslled our ducted vacuumimg system a few years and it has been a cream vacuuming ever since. I had them out a few weeks ago to service my system as I had sucked up an unknown object causing a blockage. When I rang they advised me the best way to try & fix it myself without having the cost of them coming out to repair it. Since that didn't work they came out to have a look. The serviceman was early, and very helpful. He fixed the problem in minutes (as they had a high power machine to suck the blockage out) and he gave me some helpful tips to keep it in good working order.
