Disappointing in the extreme.

To start with they sold me a brand new $120k+ car that took over six months to arrive and when it finally did it had (still has) a couple of randomly recurring defect that Solitaire apparently can't (wont) investigate thoroughly because they cannot be reproduced when we take the car in to them (according to the on-line forums they are well known defects ... nice to discover this only after we accepted delivery).

They never let us know when services are due ... our Holden dealer does, and the car we bought from them cost around 1/6th of the one we bought from you.

They direct all correspondence (marketing, surveys, other useless stuff) to the Mr of the house despite being told several times that it is owned and exclusively driven by Mrs.

If you guys are going to claim to be a cut above the rest, you actually need to be that. It's one thing to sell us a very expensive but defective car (we accept that defects can happen), but your after sales care is rubbish and as a result we are NEVER coming back.

I'm off now to look at a Merc. ... mainly because its one of the few luxury brands that you have not cornered the market on.

Have been thinking of changing our car so visited the new and used sections of this dealership. Found them to be very informative without being pushy. Test drove a couple of cars and are now thinking about our next move. A good experience.
