Ordered 3 Sorrento shutters but on delivery, one was too big - measurer had mad a mistake. Shutter taken away to be modified. TEN marks/scratches on one the other. Installer tried to "polish out" the faults. The too big shutters retuned but with a big scratch on one blade and the plastic blade fittings had sprung. Shutter taken away again, as well as the one with 10 faults where they had tried to "polish" them out.
Was given wrong times for re-installation and wasted days waiting for them to turn up when they didn't. Sales manage is unbelieveably arrogant. Was told that it cost them time and money to have the faults in their products rectified and the was no way I would get and good will discount for all of the problems and inconvenience they had caused.
Quality control is non-existanr and service is poor.

Had Solomon's install security doors and screens a few years back. The Sales and Installation experiences were fine, however the service department is something else...

The latest service job took 4 attempts to contact them to place a service call and when the rep finally came out he did not have the parts and we then waited another 3-4 weeks even though he said he'd be out the very next week.

This is the worst customer service we have experienced for as long as we can remember

I used solomans for my security screens, they did a really good job, really quick, I recently used them for my blinds, they were one of the better quotes and customer service was pretty good.
