My original review in 2009 read "This place is fantastic, the carers are so friendly, it's always clean, every-ones professional, great facilities, definitely one of the best aged care homes, you notice improvements in dementia patients right away."

Since giving this review this place has gone down-hill. Many of the carers that made the place so great have left to other places; services have diminished; other residents seem unhappier and I've heard disheartening stories from other families.
