My partner and i recently ordered namecards for our wedding through this company. They made up all of the namecards without any names on them!
My partner was going to go and pick them up when they were done, but the business decided to post them out, even though we hadnt paid for postage.
Multiple phone calls have now gone unanswered and there has been no response via email, it appears as though they have simply posted them out with the intention of trying to avoid having to deal with the mistake they have made.
Now my partner has to try and find someone to fix them all with only 9 days to go to the wedding, and we are going to have lodge a disputed transaction with our bank. Not a pleasant experience! Hopefully people will read this and think twice about dealing with this company.
