the customer service isnt the best on most occasions but we will always keep going back for the chips, they taste great and crunchy and are not filled with oil

We often have lunch here, the food is always brilliant and the service is great, Julie always welcomes us with a friendly smile. I highly recommend the Barra, chips and calamari they are fresh and delicious.

just places an order over the phone, when I asked for the final price I was told they were too busy with too much to do and that they would work it out later. When I commented on the fact that that was poor service I was given as excuse of being short staffed not an apology.

Overall the service and value is average. The hot chips are great but expensive for the size you get. The management need a little more emphasis on customer service, however the younger staff are lovely.

Have had takeaway fish and chips from this place several times. First few times were good, but since its been pretty hit and miss. Portion sizes seem to differ each time. Prices are good, especially if you have the special. Not overly impressed with service, staff never seem very happy to be there!

I live at Redbank and drive the extra mile just to go to Something Fishy every Thursday night. The quantity and quality of food is sensational. The customer service is always tops especially from the lady by the name of Julie and the shop is exceptionally clean. I am always served with a smile and the staff are always up for a chat. The food is always cooked to perfection and is always extremely fresh. I would recommend that everyone give "Something Fishy" a try, you would not be dissapointed. I would like to give the managers and staff credit for an amazing business. Well Done...

i go there at least once a week and i dont have any trouble the service is great i find the tall lady with short brown hair is lovely and always has a smile and has a friendly chat to the customers i only go there wen she is on... her food is always cooked to perfection

I ordered three portions of whiting and small chips, when I checked my order the chips were all different quantities, so I asked the manager to make them all the same size as the largest which I think was a reasonable request. I was told that all my chip portions were correct, I then said to the manager that they were all different portion sizes, she replied' go somewhere else if you don't like it. I left and so did the person behind me in the queue.

They are in a great location; and service is fast. However, sometimes the customer service leaves a little to be decided. Manager tends to be a little moody and this comes across when dealing with the public.

It's hard to find a good Fish and Chip Shop but this one is great. I have the whiting and chips every time and it's good every time when was the last time you could say that
