As the other review says- utterly terrible service. Always say 'someone will be there within in the hour' (we are based in Sydney CBD) and now over 3 hours later and 5 phone calls, and all we get is 'they'll be there'. This has happened 3 times as I tend to give companies the benefit of the doubt. Absolute jokers. How can a company have the name Express in it, when it is anything but!!! STAY AWAY
