Having bought a house with a fireplace, something new to both my husband and I, we had no idea what to do, but were certain that we wanted it on for winter, cause I am a complete sook when it is cold :-)
They came out, inspected the fireplace, explained how it worked and what to do to set it up and maintain it, and how often we needed someone to look at it professionally.
In the 6 months since we haven't had a single problem with the fireplace and are really happy with the assistance and advice we were given. Definitely calling them back for our yearly service!!
