This is one of those small family run old fashion department store with a little of every thing.staff are friendly l had to return a school dress because seams were undoing they fixed very quickly . Very good service not many of these types of stores left nowdays

Fantastic little country store has most things you need in the way of clothing allthough a bit too overstocked and hard to see everything and move around comfortably.

Roger and Clare and all staff are so helpful when I've needed help with various requests, always happy to help and they all go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The store has a wonderful variety of clothing,shoes for both men and women. If they don't have what you need in stock the staff will certainly try their hardest to get in in store for you.
Good selection of curtains and cottons etc.
Always a pleasure to visit.

After searching the city for some good quality work clothes and returning home empty handed I called into the Sorell Department Store and was pleasantly surprised to find good quality and brand name clothing. The customer service the staff delivered was fantastic and very helpful in getting me equiped with new clothes to return to work
