I came to Soul Hair Design as a hair model for blonde foils. I have been a hair model at various salons for years and have never been disappointed until I visited Soul.

My foils turned out very chunky, making me look like a zebra! This was inconsistent with my previous foils. And there were so many bleeds - where bleach escapes the foil and spreads out, leaving blonde chunks in your hair. I have never had worse foils done anywhere.

No toner was used either, which is a big no-no with blonde in my opinion.

The biggest negative for me was how uncomfortable I felt during the treatment. The senior hairdresser was extremely rude and condescending to the trainee, and treated me as though I was part of the furniture. It was so unpleasant that even if they had done a brilliant job I would never go back and sit through that again!
