This business does _not_ deserve half a star. I am a genuine customer, _not_ affiliated with them at _all_. My wife Chiara loves this place: it's small, friendly, and inexpensive. We never had an appointment cancelled, nobody was ever rude to us, and -- the contrary -- they were always very accommodating. It's an honest business, with a great friendly owner, which has shown competence if every service Chiara received.

worst waxing exprience they are worst salon in perth...talking rudely to customer changing time without prior notice and if you want to change your appoinments they will just cancel that..if they arnt able to provide respect to their customers who buy voucher why do they keep on selling...i wouldnt recommend them to anyone

Worst manicure/pedicure ever. (Part 1/3) I have been to many manicures and pedicures from various places and including overseas and people who have home beauty therapy businesses so it is safe to say that I know what the standards are. My boyfriend gave me a nice present a Scoopon for a facial, mini manicure and mini pedicure back in March 2011, because I started a new job then and was feeling quite stressed so it was a nice gesture from him. I called immediately to book, as I wanted to schedule an appointment just before I went to Canada (end June) so that I would have nice nails on the trip. The staff on the phone were rude and adrupt as if they were very busy and said that they had no slots available (as I was working 8-5pm Mondays-Fridays) till after my trip. I was disappointed but tried again when I came back from Canada to book another appointment, and this time I was free on Wednesdays and Thursdays. They said the earliest they could give me was October (ie today). Initially I was disappointed again as I assumed that I had booked way in advance and hoped for an appointment in September around my birthday. So today I headed to Soulfly for my appointment at 3pm. I was running 10 minutes late due to traffic, and called the shop when I was already parked at the complex (near Supre) to get some directions to the shop as I couldnt see it when I was driving around. The staff who answered the phone basically told me they had back to back appointments and dont bother showing up. I insisted that I was already in the carpark and they said oh well see you when you get here and well discuss it.
