have been going here for over 30 years, it was brought out by GMHBA a few years ago. Since then many Doctors and receptionist have left and unfortunately now seems extremely disorganized and hard to get an appointment to see any doctor especially your regular Doctor. the Reception staff are at times unhelpful and rude. Sometimes you would be better going to a bulk billing clinic

My brother recommended a doctor from here about 15 years ago and I've never had any complaints about going here other than being sick and having to go. As with most doctor's in Geelong it's hard to get an appointment on the same day but if you ring first thing in the morning and it's urgent you're likely to get an emergency appointment. When we're unable to get an appointment with our doctor, we've seen other doctor's there and they are all very good. They also have a nurse there that I have spoke to on the phone for advice and has has given my daughter and myself injections, freeing up the doctor's time.

The doctor I see is terrific, always willing to listen to me and respects my views.
Humours me when necessary and very experienced and knowledgeable.
Very gentle when doing examinations.
