The food is great.
The prices of snacks is way too high.
The service is pretty poor. By the odd chance you may get someone nice. But there is an older woman who is really rude and abrupt. Gets prices wrong all the time and argues with you.
Check cost as I am always over charged by her. Word of mouth....others are too.
I think staffing is their main concern.

Nornally when I go into a bakery it's a matter of choosing between a few items, and the rest are easy to resist. Beware; it's the opposite here!! There's something for every taste, and you can stay inside for a cosy experience on a cold day or sit outside on one of those days that make being up near the mountains a beautiful uplifting experience

Horrible experience. My husband stopped in to get hot pies to bring home for a quick lunch, but on arriving home, one of them was stone cold, like just thawed out cold. I called them and the lady I spoke to said, and I quote 'Would it be a hassle to pop it in the microwave?'. OMG!! Uh, that's not called customer service. How much hassle would it have been to take our name and phone number, so that next time we could get a replacement? Pathetic. The pies were not even that nice - just average. Will NEVER return. Horrendous service.

Approximate cost: $too much for frozen food!

My employer gets me to regularly buy cakes from this bakery for staff events. The quality is really good and the prices are average. The service is above average and the atmosphere is lovely. The staff at work particularly enjoy the baked cheesecakes.

Approximate cost: $20.00

The range is great but the service can be terrible. You often feel as if you are interrupting the staff by being there. Lucky the food is so good and the coffee.
