Jason and his technicians did a first class job in repairing my wife's Mercedes Benz. In less than a week the car was assessed and repaired, no hassle no problems

I had rear bumper scrapes and some nicks as a result of my car, a 2016 G6E Falcon being backed into my garage and then hitting a bike parked behind the car. More cosmetic issues and embarrassment than anything else but the work was not straightforward as it involved plastic bumper repairs and repainting the whole bumper and some of the car body.
Being a fastidious owner and enthusiastic about Australian built cars, I wanted someone who could do the job right and show the same respect for our local auto heritage like I do. Well, I can objectively say I found that in Gary who was a deft hand in dealing with my insurance company and the manager of South Melbourne Panel Beaters, Jason has many years of experience in the trade and it showed.
My colour was a very rare Ford metallic colour and if you know how large a Falcon’s rear bumper is, I had a degree of anxiety about the end result looking just right. Don’t want to sound cliched but the business came through. What really impressed me was Jason’s experience and understanding of a factories painting process and just how well his shop matched the colour on such a large area of the car.
I’m not one normally to write a letter of praise as my expectation is that a business should carry out a certain standard of service but Jason and his colleagues did such a good job that taking the time to thank them very much is more than fitting.
