I recently purchased a Kona NLine . David Mirabelli and Mark the Manager were awesome ! David kept me updated on ETA for my car. It was an earlier than expected delivery by 4 months ! Excellent customer service and prompt delivery. I never felt pressured like other companies I attended . David was genuine and no BS . He took me through all the cats features and the process was so smooth and easy ! Thanks David and the team at South Morang .Regards Charlie

Do not buy a Hyundai! I bought a Tuscan brand new and struggled for 4 years with South Morang Hyundai to take me seriously about the cars transmission issues. Finally a noise coming from the car forced them to look into it. The result, a faulty transmission. The noise was still there when I picked it up. Now the car needs a new muffler, which Hyundai won't cover. South Morang's service department employee [redacted] never follows through with what he tells you, I have had to be the one chasing for answers and they charge excessively.
I urge anyone who owns a Hyundai that has had transmission issues to report their complaints to the appropriate authorities.

Hyundai parts are extremely expensive!
I just paid $5000 to have my steering fixed - the whole car only cost $13K ex-rental! How do they figure that?
No beef with this dealership in particular but I think potential buyers need to be aware of this.

If I could give a zero, I would.
Would never return there and after my experience with the service I have received, will never purchase a Hyundai again.

Victor took photos of large piece of paint missing from the bonnet of my car and told me a claim would need to be submitted to head office. He would come back within a week. Three weeks later (after calling them twice), Victor tells me this was denied. After calling customer cares, I learn that this was actually never submitted by South Morang Hyundai. Two months later, they still have not submitted it as they were extremely 'short staffed'.

Someone tell me how my claim could have been originally denied when Victor has never put it forward. Lazy, deceitful and AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

highly recommend these guys, Rob Nass and Jonathan, if looking to,purchase a new car. Excellent customer service from all concerned in my new car purchase, definitely worth the three hour drive from Wodonga.

Good service when buying on purchase day. In general below average with post purchase communication.
Very had to get a return email which is my preferred method of communication due to work commitments. Thats not a good sign seeing that i have 5 year warranty and capped servicing still to come.
Hopefully they had a busy fortnight and couldnt return emails!!

I was on the lookout for a new car, i had spoken to two separate people that gave a glowing report about South Morang Hyundai & as I already owned an Hyundai iload but as I was no longer working needed something smaller. I rang South Morang Hyundai and spoke to Ray Grech, he was very helpful so I arranged a test drive on the 10th January 2015. I drove 3 cars I was only interested in one and was delighted with the cars I drove. I decided to buy an I x35 (fabulous car)
It was arranged I pick up the car on the 14th and in the interim, Phoebe from the office rang on the Monday to ask if I'd like Sat Nav & tinted windows which I agreed to, might as well spend the money as I knew this would be my last car.
I wasnt a bit impressed that I had been left with very little fuel and on my way home the gauge started flashing at me
I asked for the tyres to be rotated, as you get a better life out of the tyres and assumed they had been done but when I took the vehicle for a once over with my own very trusted mechanic, I found out otherwise. Mind you my mechanic also told me I had a really good car and checked it hadnt been in an accident, luckily it hadnt
It was a good experience and a really good new dealership, but if the customer wants something done and it isnt then they cant have full marks. Thanks to Ray, Phoebe & Tas your help was invaluable

I have had a great experience being a female and getting a car serviced can be a daunting task but Nick the service manager listened to my description of "strange noises happening" in my car. He got a mechanic to go for a drive with me to hear and understand- and now my car is getting the work it needs! Nice to be heeded and not dismissed (as per another place had done)!!
