The staff are friendly and helpful. The range of stock is priced competitively, I always get a bargain in stationary when I am there. It's very convenient with the Post Office in there now as well.

Not to friendly or helpful I'm afraid. Even though it is convenient for me to go to this newsagents I don't anymore. I feel their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They seem more interested in getting as much money out of you as possible as they are always trying to get you to buy more than you want and not so good with the customer service.

I needed some laminating paper and could only find large packs so i asked the shop assistant if they had smaller packs and without even looking at me she said 'no'' and then switched on the vacuum cleaner. Not impressed at all - I realise it was close to closing time but i was the only customer in the shop.
