I have been coming here for years, because there is nothing better than feeding your pup a raw diet. I used to love the place and have always recommended it to everyone. Being involved in dog rescue and training that would have been a lot of people.
But after the dressing down and mouthful of abuse I got from the new (to me), male staff member I got today, I am appalled at how the lady who owns this business can employ someone quite so condescending and devoid of all decent manners.
Having tried to do something as "harmless" as be notified when the tripe comes in next Wednesday, before it is minced, you have my number in your diary. You (the owner, not the numpty) are welcome to call me to apologies and assure me this does not happen again. Otherwise I won't be back and will urge anyone I know to give people like this a wide berth too.
Insulting and dressing down one of your most loyal customers, who always tries to give her money to small businesses rather than corporations, is not a smart move.
(Thank you to the young woman who muttered an apology as I left. She only just started working there. I do feel sorry for her)

This shop had a vast variety of products, good prices and helpful and friendly staff all around. Easy access and parking is available

A small business, but has a big variety of pet supplies, especially fresh produce. The prices are the best and they always have plenty of stock on hand. If the order is big, they are more than happy to order it in for you promptly.
