My first order with South West Mobility arrived promptly but was not as ordered. I telephoned and spoke with David who said he would dispatch the correct product immediately. To my surprise the product I originally ordered arrived the next morning i.e. 24 hours after I had reported the error. Delivery was from N.S.W. to Qld. Return postal label was supplied enabling quick and easy return of the wrong product. This service was very impressive. I am very pleased.
