Janelle was very knowledgeable and helpful, didn't just offer a cookie cutter solution, made sure it was specifically to help me. Didn't rush through appointments, encouraged asking questions. I'll go back next time I need new inserts for my shoes.

Took my daughter in for an assessment on her flat feet after a recommendation from a personal trainer and the examination by Janelle was so thorough and comprehensive. We had visited another local podiatrist in the past and found this clinic by far superiour. Janelle at South West Podiatry Clinic is extremely friendly and personable in addition to possessing extensive knowledge and obvious experience. She even filmed my daughter walking on a treadmill and showed us the footage up close of her various problems! My daughter felt totally comfortable and encouraged by her treatment suggestions. I believe she is a very popular podiatrist at this centre along with her colleague Nicole.
